Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at return@corkology.com and send your item to: 3315 W North Ave, Melrose Park, IL, 60160, United States.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, mail it to 3315 W North Ave, Melrose Park, IL, 60160, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
